At JMK GRAPHIC, we collect only the information necessary to process orders. Customers must provide their name (required), email address (required), and payment information via Stripe (required). Company name and phone number may be provided optionally. No postal address is required since our products are delivered exclusively by email. All transactions are secured by Stripe, and we have no direct access to customers’ banking details.

Data is used solely to process and deliver orders. All information remains strictly confidential and will never be published without the customer’s explicit consent. Any publication, for example on social media, will only occur with prior approval from the customer.

Data is not automatically shared with Shopify. If the order is placed via Shopify, certain information may be shared with the platform to ensure proper functionality. However, if the customer contacts us directly, their data will not be shared with Shopify.

We operate in French and English to ensure clear communication. Other languages are not accepted unless agreed upon in advance.

Data is retained for up to one month after the order. After this period, all data is deleted from our systems.
