Shipping policy

At JMK GRAPHIC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital media products to our customers. Since all our products are digital, no physical delivery is required. Delivery is primarily made via email, unless the client requests another channel such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

The delivery time is specified for each product and may vary depending on the nature of the order. In case of delays, we will inform the client as soon as possible. Faster delivery can be arranged with client agreement and may incur additional fees.

A delivery confirmation will be sent once the product has been delivered. Clients are encouraged to check their messages to ensure receipt of the product.
