Refund policy

Conditions

A deposit of 30% of the total order amount is required upon confirmation. If the product is not satisfactory, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, which equals 15% of the total order amount. In case of full payment, a refund of up to 85% of the total order amount may be granted depending on the circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery.

 

Process

All requests must be sent by email to contact@jmkgraphic.net A relevant and justified reason must be provided, and it will be reviewed with the designer. If we have not fulfilled our task as stipulated in the contract, the refund is automatic. If we have fulfilled our part of the contract, the request will be reviewed case by case.

 

Exceptions

Beyond 24 hours after delivery, no refund is possible. Partial or full refunds depend on the nature of the issue and the joint evaluation with the designer.
