Terms of Service
By using the services of JMK GRAPHIC, you agree to be bound by our terms of service. Our offerings include all digital media products and design services listed on our website, such as logos, flyers, brochures, invitations, and other graphic design materials. These services also cover specific requests that can be handled via direct contact.
A deposit of 30% of the total order amount is required upon confirmation. Payments can be made through various methods, including Visa, Stripe, PayPal, or other available services depending on client preference. Proof of payment must be provided for order processing.
Regarding refunds, if the product is not satisfactory, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, which equals 15% of the total order amount. In case of full payment, a refund of up to 85% of the total amount may be granted depending on the circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery and will be reviewed with the designer. If we have not fulfilled our task as stipulated in the contract, the refund is automatic.
Delivery is always digital and generally made via email, unless the client requests another method (such as WhatsApp or Telegram). Delivery times are specified for each product. Faster delivery may be arranged with client agreement and may incur additional fees. A confirmation will be sent once the product has been delivered.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information for the processing and delivery of their orders. JMK GRAPHIC cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information. All designs and materials provided remain the intellectual property of JMK GRAPHIC, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
